Gigi Lamayne goes gold in new music video

Cape Town - Multi-award winning hip hop artist, Gigi Lamayne, has launched her "Gigi Goes Gold" campaign hot off the heels of dropping her highly anticipated debut album, #iGenesis.

To commemorate the launch of this campaign, Gigi Lamayne has just released the music video to her latest hit single Is'ghubu. Watch it here here:

Gigi Goes Gold is a bold, out of the box campaign that has all the characteristics you would expect from a campaign that Gigi Lamayne would launch: a campaign that has talkability, stands for a cause, and pushes boundaries.

Over the next few months, fans can keep track of Gigi Lamayne's album sales with a tracker on her website and on her social media banners as she tours the country with her Gigi Goes Gold album tour and selling CDs along the way.

"#GigiGoesGold is really about me cementing a space for myself in South African history in one of many ways. Apart from many other endeavours, I am aiming for Gold as the first female in Hip Hop in South Africa. Only my supporters can help me make this happen" expresses Gigi Lamayne.
