Cape Town - Veteran actor Joe Mafela was honoured at a memorial service at the Joburg Theatre on Thursday.

The legendary actor died at the age on Saturday at the age of 74 following a car accident. 

Anthony Mafela broke the news that his uncle Joe Mafela had died on Twitter on Sunday.
