Kia Johnson gives us the inside scoop about her wedding plans

Cape Town - Here are seven cool things we learnt about Kia Johnson's big day during our Facebook LIVE interview on Tuesday.

1. The dress

We can definitely expect to see Kia in something long and figure hugging on her wedding day. She made it very clear, "I don't want to feel like I'm a piece of cake! I would like to have that sleek look. And show off a bit of my curves."

2. First date

One of her most memorable dates were when she and hubby-to-be went to Madame Zingara. "They had the mosts amazing live performances. He always says that it is in that moment that he knew that I was the one for him."

3. The honeymoon

Local is lekker for this bride-to-be! They're planning a trip in South Africa.

4. Music at the wedding

It will totally be a fun wedding. The couple love House music and if she could choose any live act it would have to be Thandiswa Mazwai. Because both Kia and her fiance work in the music and entertainment industry they are extra picky. "We will probably pre-select music and tell the DJ what to play."

5. Bachelorette party or kitchen tea?

"I have such a lovely blend of women in my life," she admits. And she would love to accommodate everyone.

6. Cake

Chocolate for the win!

7. Style star

Kia really admires Charlize Theron from a style perspective. "She carries herself with such grace and she is so elegant."

There you go! Congratulations to the happy couple.
