Cape Town - Kwaito star Mshoza has broken up with her boyfriend Anele Ngcongca and according to a source close to her, she recently miscarried their baby due to stress.
Speaking to Drum Mshoza confirmed that she broke up with Anele but they remain friends,
“We are still friends and we still love each other very much but we could no longer stay in a relationship,” she explained.
“I feel that I moved on too fast and that a part of me is still in love with my ex,” she said.
Before her relationship with Anele, Mshoza was married to business man Thuthukani Mvula. The marriage ended when Thuthukani said that Mshoza cheated on him with a police man. Although Mshoza is adamant that she is not back with her ex-husband she explained that it is very hard to just wipe feelings away when you’ve been with someone for a while.
When asked about the miscarriage, Mshoza became emotional and said she did not want to speak about that.
A source close to Mshoza told Drum that Mshoza just recently miscarried and is not okay.
“Mshoza is in a really bad space right now after losing her baby. She was very stressed and doctors said that she lost the baby because of severe stress."
In an article published in Drum Magazine, Mshoza revealed that she was pregnant with Anele’s baby in the midst of drama between her and Anele’s other baby mama Linda Racaza.
“I am pregnant, and I don’t need this stress of fighting over a man,” Mshoza said in February.
When asked about her relationship with both Linda and Anele now, Mshoza said: “I’m not one to fight for a man but it doesn’t matter because I am done with that and Anele and I have made peace and continue on as friends.”
