Palesa Madisakwane says even though her relationship with business man Nico Matlala ended badly with all the bad media reports she initally really liked him.
"He made me happy. It was a good something. We dated and we had fun," Palesa says.
The star says the one mistake she feels both she and Nico did was make was to post their relationship on social media.
"I think the mistake we both made was publishing our social networks. There was a lot of noise around that," Palesa tells DRUM.
"I took a lot flak for dating a Ben 10. The way social media responded... I was shocked and hurt that women were throwing stones at me. I kept asking myself when would women support each other and come together," Palesa adds.
There were reports that Palesa had tried to kill herself after her break up from Nico and Palesa says that's not true in any sense.
Palesa is mother to Idols judge Somizi Mhlongo's daughter Bahumi.
