PIC: Minnie Dlamini was mini-Miss South Africa

Johannesburg – Minnie Dlamini gave us an adorable throwback when she shared a snap of her 12-year-old self on Thursday.

The picture was part of a program for the Little Miss South Africa pageant, with Minnie being the 2002 title holder.

“This was the program for Little Miss South Africa 2003. I was handing over my crown to my successor. I had the most incredible year being on TV for the first time, traveling out of the country to the US for the first time. Meeting uTata Nelson Mandela. This was the time I figured who I wanted to be. That 12 year old girl was fearless!!! And I try to make her proud!!! (sic)” she wrote.

Minnie was not the only star to take us on a trip down memory lane. TV personality and rapper Proverb also joined in, posting a pic from way back in 1992.
