Cape Town - Ntando Duma’s glow up is so real! The free-spirited entertainer took to Instagram to share a side-by-side throwback snap of her transition over the years. In the first frame a younger Ntando, with medium-length relaxed hair, poses for the camera while wearing what looks like a purple silk shirt or dress.
The second frame shows off the current Ntando who appears brighter with better make-up and the same broad smile.
Before trolls could come at her, the mother of one poked some fun at herself by saying she had an “orange face”.
“Throwback Thursday, Left pic: 2011. If I had said “From Orange Farm to the World” back then, With that orange face? They wouldn’t even ask twice,” she wrote.
She also went on to let people know her glow up didn’t happen because she was now rich, as she still considers herself “broke”.
“Fast forward 2018 (And No there’s No “Mali egezanayo” or “you were not ugly just broke”) I still am broke so unfortunately I can’t even relate [sic].”
Although the 22-year-old can laugh at herself, she told DRUM she doesn’t pay attention to social media hate, especially when her daughter’s weight is being made fun of.
“Can I tell you? I have not seen that. A lot of people have been telling me ‘they are dissing your child’, and I’m like, "Where? Show me."
“And also if I see it, it’s okay. This is the world, not everyone is going to like you and not everyone is going to like what you do,” she said.
