Cape Town – South African DJ Black Coffee attended his first Grand Prix on Sunday as a special guest of F1.

The Drive hitmaker was joined by his sons and rubbed shoulders with several stars of the glamorous sport.

Also in attendance was race winner Charles LeClerc, Lewis Hamilton, who came in second and Valtteri Bottas, who came in third.

Black Coffee's son, Anesu has been Go Kart racing since he was four and really seemed to revel in the experience of having a front-row seat to the action.

About being a special guest of F1 and the entire outing, the 43-year-old said in a press statement: "It was my first time at Formula 1 and what an amazing experience for me and my sons. My highlight was being in the McLaren garage and experiencing the pit stop, I even managed to record it on video, it was insane! We are so happy to have experienced this day with Formula 1."
