PICS: Cameron Van der Burgh's rock hard abs cause a splash

Cape Town - Sexy sports star Cameron Van der Burgh is in Durban for the South African Swimming Championships.

Cameron beat the competition and came first in the 100m breaststroke semifinal at the event and has posted pics of his favourite moments on Instagram.

The recently engaged Van der Burgh, has also posted about missing his gorgeous bae, Nefeli Valakelis.
