PICS: Demi-Leigh arrives at the Shorty Awards in New York

Cape Town - Miss Universe Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters attended the 10th annual Shorty Awards in New York City on Sunday.

The local beauty queen arrived at the event, honouring the best in social media with her roommate, Miss USA 2017 Kára McCullough.

Demi-Leigh looked beautiful in a short black and white floral dress, paired with red heels and a bold lip.

Big winners on the night included Jack Douglass, Erica Garner and Wil Dosavisch.
