PICS: Enhle Mbali’s playful look steals the show at Queen’s Plate

Cape Town - Enhle Mbali stole the show at the annual  L’Ormarins Queen’s Plate horse racing festival in Cape Town on Saturday with a fresh and playful look. 

The local star wore a fluffy, pastel blue mini dress designed by Amanda Knots Spectacular which she paired with leather loafers. 

“She made this dress for today’s event,” Mbali told City Press. “She started yesterday and finished today. I think it’s cute and playful. We tend to be a little too serious at these events.”
