PICS: Local celebs dress up as The Met unveils its new sponsor

Cape Town - The Met unveiled Sun International as its new title sponsor at a glamorous event at the Table Bay Hotel in Cape Town on Wednesday.

Adding its own touch of glamour and elegance to the Sun Met, GH Mumm has also come on board as the presenting sponsor.

Celebrities flocked to the invitation-only announcement at The Table Bay Hotel, dressed to the nines in true Met fashion. The dynamic duo, Acoustic Element entertained guests and the champagne on ice, yummy canapés and beautifully styled models set the scene perfectly.

Among the celebs in attendance included Jimmy Nevis, Chad Saaiman, Leigh Anne Williams and Miss South Africa 2016, Ntandoyenkosi Kunene.
