Cape Town - Rachel Kolisi is beating the winter blues and having fun in the sun while on a family holiday in Fiji.

From the crystal-clear waters to the scenic greenery – the wife of Springbok Captain, Siya Kolisi, is living it up in Oceania.

Taking to Instagram to share the family affair with her followers, the fitness guru posted snaps with their two children Nic and Keziah just before departing.

“Just like that we're on our next adventure a few squad members short,” she captioned the post.

In another post, she shared a snap of the children in matching black travel gear shortly after touching down in Australia.

But travelling with kids isn’t a walk in the park, which is something Rachel – and most moms – can attest to.

“We made it to Aus. But for real Kezi's face sums it ALL up. I haven’t slept. Kez is full of yoghurt,” she wrote in the post.

“Nic had a runny tummy the whole flight and I have just been told I have chocolate on my pants at the back which looks very suspicious.”

A couple of hours later the mom and her children were all smiles on an island – dressed in floral mommy-and-me outfits and shades.

The 29-year-old fitness guru also shared a bikini snap, showing off her gorgeous bikini bod.

And while Rachel was winding down with the kids, the Boks captain and his teammates were in Cape Town visiting the newly upgraded neonatal ward at Groote Schuur hospital.

“This is amazing guys,” Rachel commented under a snap of Siya and his mates cradling newborns.

Speaking to YOU in an interview last year, Rachel opened up about being married to the Bok captain and said it wasn’t as glamorous as everyone made it out to be.

“He’s a pretty impeccable human being and he’s a pretty great husband,” she said.

“I don’t think it’s really a thing,” Rachel responded when asked what it was like being the first lady of Rugby.

With the Rugby World Cup season upon us, the 28-year-old will be away from home even more than the usual time he spends away from his family during the year – leaving the mother of two to cope with the kids. “The dynamics change constantly. You have a three-year-old who’s missing his dad and can’t understand why he has to speak to him on the phone,” she said when asked how she juggles being a mom and keeping up with her fitness career.
