Cape Town - The words ‘style icon’ cannot be left out when describing TV personality Bonang Matheba and after being crowned 2018’s style influencer of the year, it’s only natural to wonder if her taste in fashion has always been this impeccable.
Queen B recently shared a picture of herself at her 2005 matric dance on her Instagram Stories.
Describing her gown, in response to a tweet, Bonang revealed that she had a lion logo embellished on her matric dance dress.
“My matric dance dress was a pink ball gown with the Lion logo embellished on the bustier.... iconic indeed!” she wrote.
To which the tweep responded by asking for a picture of the dress.
Although the 31-year-old promised to look for the picture, members of the B-Force were quick to post the beautiful throwback picture that shows Bonang wearing the gown while posing with her matric dance date.
