Cape Town – South African comedian Trevor Noah is in Chicago with his Daily Show cast mates and crew.
The people behind the successful Comedy Central Show are in The Windy City for a week long residency which started on Monday.
According to The Los Angeles Times, the local author took the show to Chicago to confront stereotypes and violent narratives about the town, because coming from South Africa, he knew “what it’s like to come from a place where everyone labels you just through crime.”
To blow off steam during his down time the 33-year-old decided to slide into the driver’s seat and go go-carting with his colleagues.
The star then live posted about the fast paced experience on his Instagram story on Wednesday night.
