Ryan Botha says 'it's only a pleasure' following amazing act of heroism

Cape Town - Former Moroka Swallows midfielder Ryan Botha saved a man's life on New Years Eve.

According to Soccer Laduma, Ryan - who was attending a party in Cape Town - broke his leg and ankle when he jumped about five metres to rescue a man who fell three stories. (Read the full story here.)

The story goes on to say that Ryan crawled over to him, stabilised his breathing, checked his blood, tilted him to the side and kept him warm until the paramedics came.

And what does Ryan have to say about this real-life act of heroism? "Only a pleasure guys."
