Sbahle Mpisane's friends and family to host prayer and workout session

Cape Town - Family and friends of fitness model Sbahle Mpisane have asked supporters to join them for a workout and prayer session.

The 25-year-old was involved in a car accident on Thursday morning which has left her "fighting for her life" in ICU. 

Speaking to DRUM after the accident her father, Sbu Mpisane, said: "It's really bad. I don't know where she was coming from. But she is in ICU fighting for her life at St Augustine Hospital in Durban."

According to reports her condition has improved.

In a flyer shared with The Juice by Sbu, the family urges fans and followers to "support her by doing the things she loves."

The session will take place on Sunday at Shepstone UKZN (Howard College Campus) from 15:30 to 18:30.

A prayer session will be led by celebrity pastor, Khaya Mthethwa, and the dress code is fitness wear.

Sbu declined to give comment on his daughter's condition, despite several attempts from The Juice and DRUM
