Cape Town - In an emotional Instagram post Simphiwe Ngema spoke about her "anxiety attacks," "anger" and "loneliness" since the death of her husband, Dumi Masilela.
Taking to Instagram the grieving widow wrote: "It's been 3months since I lost my husband. 3 months of sleepless nights, trauma, anxiety attacks, crying uncontrollably, anger, excruciating pain, loneliness, denial, bargaining and a lot of unanswered questions that leave me paralysed with fear. She goes on to say that some days she feels like she "hasn't moved" and a future without Dumi makes her "anxious."
