Cape Town - The death of a loved one can be the hardest thing to overcome and although Simphiwe Ngema’s life changed drastically when her husband, Dumi Masilela, was killed just three months after their wedding, the actress has soldiered on.
She took to Instagram to share an inspirational post about the process of self-love during grief. “To Quing Simz,” she wrote. “For all the pain that you’ve been through, for all the tears you’ve cried, for all the sleepless nights, for all the lonely tearful drives...I am sorry.
I know I’m not as good as @dmasilela at loving you but I’m gonna (sic) make sure that I love you with my everything, until the end of time. #foreverandalways #selflove.”
Since Dumi’s death Simphiwe’s motivational posts have shown fans her strength, and after her heart-warming letter we’re all inspired to love ourselves better.
