Cape Town - South Africa's quirky queen of internet hacks Suzelle DIY, talks about hosting Most Ridiculous season 3 and what makes her LOL.
Joined by a new celebrity co-host every week, Suzelle takes a look at the funniest videos on the internet on Comedy Central, Mondays at 21:30.
Unfortunately, Marianne won't be joining Suzelle in the studio this time around - but together with her new BFFE's, Suzelle is doubling up on the laughs.
About what tickles her funny bone, Suzelle says: "It's funny when people are acting silly. I know it's a bit mean but I sometimes laugh when people fall even though I feel a bit bad for them, shame."
The internet sensation also enjoys the local comedy scene and says that she loves the country's comedians.
"And sometimes I just laugh at myself, to be honest," she chuckles.
We've all been trapped in a YouTube vortex at some time or another, and for Suzelle it's no different.
"I get sucked into a lot of DIY videos, and I'll veer off, and start watching cooking shows like how to boil eggs or poach an eggs. People are making weird and wonderful things."
She then adds: "I'll go down that route, which will often then take me down the beauty road as well. I love makeup and makeover."
Speaking about the new TV gig, she says: "I am so excited because this is my vibe."
According to Suzelle, this season is different because she'll be bringing a "local flavour to the show."
"It will just be me hosting with different guests. We are also chatting to weird and wonderful guests, which bring a new level of fun to the show - and I think it's going to be so funny," she adds.
Suzelle, who calls her guests her "BFFE's," says: "I've met so many funny, hilarious and great South African personalities. I feel like I have a million new best friends."
"Some of my favourites have been comedians like Schalk Bezuidenhout and Jason Goliath," she says when asked about her favourite guest.
The show also allows her to step outside her comfort zone. She says: "I've even met sporty kind of people, who I don't usually liaise with, and it was so much fun. Peter de Villiers and Chester Williams - he is so gorgeous, can I say that!"
But the person who surprised her the most is Carte Blanche anchor Devi Sankaree Govender.
"I thought she was going to be scary, but she was hilarious, and we connected on another level. We had so many LOLs together."
Suzelle, who admits she's not much of a practical joker, shared her favourite YouTube video with us, in the spirit of Most Ridiculous of course, and it's worth the watch.
"It's an animation of a whale and a seagull, and I can't stop laughing because their voices are so funny," she snickers, as she can't contain her laughter.
