The Ndlovu Youth Choir to entertain crowds at Roger Federer's Match in Africa event

Johannesburg – SA fans are eagerly waiting for Friday 7 February when Roger Federer's The Match in Africa event will be taking Cape Town by storm.

The campaign, which is coming to Africa for the first time, will see tennis greats Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal face off in one epic match.

The Match in Africa will also showcase local talent in the form on the Ndlovu Youth Choir who will be performing on the day. The choir rose to fame when they made it to the finals of America's Got Talent in 2019.

"They wowed the world on America's Got Talent. Now they're back to perform at Cape Town's @MatchInAfrica. See @ChoirAfrica between the tennis action at Cape Town Stadium and also on live TV, at The Match in Africa on 7 February at 7PM," a tweet from the official Match in Africa page reads.

Another highlight from the event will be the moment Trevor Noah and Nadal take on Bill Gates and Federer in a doubles match.

Excited about the game, Trevor took to Twitter on Tuesday to let his competition know that South Africa will be backing him all the way. "We accept your challenge, but be prepared for the crowd in SA to be on our side!" he wrote to Federer.

Proceeds raised from The Match in Africa will go to the Roger Federer Foundation.
