Trey Songz, Emtee, and Monark close Coke Studio with a bang

Johannesburg – Season two of Coke Studio closes off with a bang on Saturday, with artists like Lisa Good, Emtee, Monark, and international RnB sensation, Trey Songz. 

Four-piece pop band Monark, Jazz maestro Max Vidima, Riky Rick and Lisa Good are paired with producer Ewald to create New. Original. Music. The team stumbles upon a few obstacles as they fail to reach common ground.

As if that’s not enough, our very own Emtee is at the Coke Studio Africa studios in Nairobi to do a fusion alongside international R&B artist, Trey Songz, and other African greats. 

South African producer Maphorisa is tasked to produce an African fusion of epic proportions with heavy weight act Serge Beynaud from Côte d'Ivoire, Ugandan songstress Rema Namakula, and Afro-Pop vocalist Yemi Alade from Nigeria. 

The stars take to the stage and showcase their track titled Follow Me, an eclectic mix of Afro-Pop and R&B flavours and sounds. 

What a great end to the second season of New. Original. Music. brought to you by Coke Studio.
