Uyanda Mbuli and Joyce Molamu headed to court

Cape Town - TV personality Uyanda Mbuli and Joyce Omphemetse Molamu are headed to court in October. 

The Uyanda: It's On reality star opened a case of Crimen Injuria against Molamu at the Midrand SAPS in July, following allegations that Molamu leaked her private contact information online.

Molamu first made headlines six years ago when it was alleged that she had an affair with Minister of Police, Fikile Mbalula. 

According to court documents obtained by The Juice, Mbuli deemed Molamu's actions as "malicious," "defamatory" and "calculated to grossly impair [her] right to human dignity."  

Court documents further reveal that Mbuli has been subpoenaed to be a witness for the state and the court date is set for Friday, 6 October.     

This is the same date as Mbuli's Uyanda: It's On season two launch in Sandton.

Speaking to The Juice Mbuli says: "I am glad the matter is finally going to court." 

She goes on to said: "I've never met Joyce. All I know about her is what I've read. According to her social media profile she is LLB graduate from Wits and therefore should have known her acts where illegal."
