Cape Town - TV personality Bonang Matheba spoke about the importance of education at the 2017 World Economic Forum in Durban on Friday.
Bonang sat on the panel as moderator to discuss how to end extreme poverty through educating, employing and empowering Africa's youth.
Bonang spoke about how she was inspired by the "Fees Must Fall" movement, and how she has dedicated her career to keeping girls in school, through her bursary schemes.
"African countries will need to implement bold investments and policies to empower its youth and women," she said.
