WATCH: Caster Semenya's Nike ad will give you goosebumps

Johannesburg – Just weeks after Serena Williams released her Nike advert, SA sport star Caster Semenya has now revealed her very own ad with the major sporting brand.

Nike had many people talking over the past few weeks as they released adverts with sport stars from across the globe, including Serena Williams and Colin Kaepernick, for their 30th anniversary.

An ambassador for the brand herself, Caster shared her Nike advert with fans on Monday, captioning the short video: “Too fast? Too bad. I was born to do this.”

The clip, narrated by Caster, shows her life playing out in reverse, starting with her as a world-renowned athlete and ending with her as a child.

“Will it be simpler if I stopped winning? Would you be more comfortable if I was less proud? Would you prefer I hadn’t worked so hard? Or just didn’t run? Or stopped at my first steps? That’s too bad, because I was born to do this,” she says in the video.
