WATCH: DJ Sbu sells MoFaya on the streets to raise funds for students

Johannesburg – DJ Sbu has taken to the streets of Tembisa, a township in Gauteng's East Rand, selling his MoFaya energy drinks to raise funds for his Sibusiso Leope Education Foundation (SLEF).

The radio personality, who will be hosting his second annual SLEF Benefit Concert in March, once again took his energy drink to the people, selling it in traffic to raise funds for tertiary students.

“All in the name of education. They just talk. But we walk the talk,” Sbu wrote.

According to the presenter, SLEF has already funded a handful of students, and will probably reach it’s aim of sending 20 students to university before the benefit on 4 March.

“Last week we gave them seven bursaries. We’re distributing three more next week, and the week after we distributing ten more. So definitely twenty kids even before the SLEF Benefit Concert are definitely going to university.”
