Johannesburg – Forget the gym, Kgomotso Christopher has found a different route to achieving her six-pack.
The actress underwent a procedure which has become increasingly popular, especially after Kim Kardashian underwent the same treatment.
It's called Emsculpt, and apparently, it's the quick and easy solution to a six-pack. The procedure involves a machine being placed on your abs which allows your muscles to contract, simulating the act of doing crunches.
"I tried the famous Emsculpt Machine, otherwise known as the '6pack-maker' featured in one of the Kardashians episodes," Kgomotso wrote on Instagram.
She added: "It was scary at first, seeing that it's the equivalent of about 20k muscle contractions at a go. Intensity level needs to go from 10-100. Session is 30 minutes."
According to Kgomotso, "you need about 4 of these" to see results.
