WATCH: KO at SXSW

Cape Town - ICYMI local rapper KO flew to Texas in The United States earlier this year to play the African stage at South by Southwest a widely attended music festival that features all genres from around the world.

Playing at this vibrant gathering is an honour for many artists, but especially a South African star because of the amount of finite resources, like time and money, it takes to put on a show in America.

We can’t wait to see how Mr. Cashtime got this amazing achievement done and now we can, because VUZU entertainment are airing a documentary special about the rapper’s experience.

Here’s the preview for the special:

After watching that here are 5 things we want to see answered in KO’s American festival special:

1. How/when did he get invited to the African stage at the festival?
2. Which songs did he play?
3. How did he like Texas?
4. The 2 new tracks to be heard for the first time live on air.
5. Will he go back to America?

As you can see from the preview clip the K.O Special premieres on  13 June with track 1 and then track 2 on 20 June at 18:30 on VUZU AMP (channel 114 on DSTV).
