Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters showed off her powerful punch in a video posted to Instagram on Tuesday.
The beauty queen, who is set to represent the country at the Miss Universe pageant in November, has been offering young women the opportunity to learn self-defense through her new Unbreakable campaign.
In the short clip Demi makes light work of a thick slab of wood, snapping it like a twig.
