Cape Town - Reality TV star and musician Papa Penny has issued a warning to EFF leader Julius Malema after his name was allegedly used in the EFF rally which took place over the weekend.

Taking to Instagram to address Malema, the Papa Penny Ahee star claimed that the commander-in-chief had made fun of his lack of formal education and then went on to tell him where to get off.

"Ahee Julius Malema now you are starting a wrong button…you are pressing the wrong button. When you go to your rally, leave Penny Penny alone. I’m a member of ANC not a member of EFF [sic]," he began before saying Malema thought he was smarter after faking his qualifications.

"Why are you telling people that I’m not educated?...you think you are clever because you faked your education and adopt the Western language. You think you’re clever."

The 57-year-old then questioned why a leader would laugh at people who were not able to get an education without knowing their history.

"You think all South Africans went to school? You don’t know the history of when I was born. I’ve never seen leadership that laughs at people who never went to school."

Although it was clear Malema’s comments had left a sour taste in Papa Penny’s mouth, it seems the EFF leader took everything as a joke as he commented on the post by laughing it off.

"You are my main man," he wrote and inserted laughing emojis in the post.

The Instagram post has since been removed.
