Cape Town - Former Miss South Africa Rolene Strauss received a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree from the University of the Free State on Thursday.
The end-of-year graduation ceremonies took place at the Callie Human Centre on the Bloemfontein Campus.
Rolene was crowned Miss South Africa in 2014 and went on to be crowned Miss World later that year.
After taking a two-year break from her studies, the brunette beauty announced that she would be completing her studies in 2016.
