Cape Town - It’s been a month since fitness bunny and lifestyle coach Sbahle Mpisane left hospital after a horrific car crash left her fighting for her life in August last year, and it seems she’s recovering well enough to return to the gym.
Taking to her Instagram page, Sbahle posted a series of videos where she can be seen doing a few workouts and although her bandages and wheelchair are visible, the 25-year-old still impressively soldiers on.
“Thank you my friend @yolanda_sokhela for helping me workout today we did so well [sic]” she wrote.

In November last year pictures of the fitness enthusiast looking healthier and happier emerged giving many of her fans relief. S
ince then Sbahle has been posting images of herself and it’s safe to say she’s well on her way to recovery.
