UPDATE: Video of Sbahle Mpisane in hospital removed after backlash

UPDATE - 12 September:

After allegedly receiving "malicious attacks" toward his family, Andile Mpisane made the decision to remove the video of Sbahle from his Instagram account. 

"Kindly note I've taken down my sister @sbahle_mpisane recovery video on my page, after some malicious attacks towards me, my sister and family," Andile wrote, replacing the post with a clip of himself and Sbahle dancing.

Johannesburg – Weeks after Sbahle Mpisane was involved in a horrific car crash fans of the fitness model got to the see her for the first time via an Instagram post shared by her brother Andile. 

In the video Sbahle is sitting on her hospital bed surrounded by gifts with her brother by her side. “Celebrating our parents anniversary with my sisiter @sbahle_mpisane and brought my @royal_am10 glam squad to pamper her up. We the Mpisane’s would like to thank everyone for the support and prays (sic),” Andile captioned the clip.  

Speaking in the video, Sbahle thanks her family and fans for their support and all the gifts they have showered her with during her time in hospital.  

The video - which was originally posted on Monday, 10 September - has since been removed.
