WATCH: Somizi opens up about homophobic church scandal on Carte Blanche

Cape Town -  Local celebrity, Somizi, sat down with Carte Blanche's Bongani Bingwa and told him all about the day he walked out of church because of a homophobic sermon by a visiting pastor. 

The incident happened earlier this year and caused a storm of controversy resulting in Grace Bible Church, which Somizi attends, releasing a statement distancing themselves from the comments made by the pastor. 

Carte Blanche's segment with Somizi aired on Sunday night.
