Cape Town - Proposing to the love of your life in front of an entire crowd of witnesses must be nerve-wracking, but local entertainer Zodwa Wabantu continues to show that love conquers all.
Zodwa, who is no stranger to controversy, continued to break with convention by proposing to longtime boyfriend Ntobeko Linda at Eyadini Lounge, a popular entertainment spot in Durban. The dancer and socialite shared a clip of the precious moment on Instagram.
Dressed in a yellow umbrella skirt the 33-year-old got down on one knee in front of Ntobeko, dressed in white, to pop the question – and he answered with a resounding "yes."

In typical Zodwa fashion she kept it real in the caption, explaining many women hide that they give their boyfriends money to pay their own lobola. She’s not hiding anything, she said.
"Some Women get Desperate to have that Ring on their Finger But I don’t mind showing reality cause everything that has to do with Zodwa Wabantu is real. Mine is Real, i will Marry him. [sic]"

And what’s an engagement without a little sparkle in fact Zodwa shared an invoice of their engagement bands onto her Instagram page, which amounted to a whooping R61 000.
