Johannesburg – Local singer Zahara tugged on the heartstrings of fans when she shared a story about an amazing deed she had done for a woman in need.

According to the star, while listening to the radio she came across the story of a woman who needed a wheelchair and decided to lend a helping hand.

"A few weeks ago I was driving back home when I heard Mama Miriam Olga Mabetoa's story on Lesedi FM. She was paralyzed in 2013, since then she hasn't been able to move out of her bed. Today I visited her & bought her a new wheelchair, (sic)" Zahara captioned a picture on Instagram.
