Johannesburg – Singer Zahara has announced that she will be heading to the UK as a representative from South Africa to perform at a concert in memory of Nelson Mandela.
With this being Mandela’s 100th year, special shows will be held in honour of the late former president and struggle veteran around the world on his birthday on 18 July.
“I just received great news, I’ve been chosen by the people in the UK to represent South Africa at the up and coming Nelson Mandela Concert happening later this year,” Zahara shared on Instagram.

Zahara is not the only star who will be performing in the UK, rapper Cassper Nyovest also announced on Tuesday that he has a show coming up in London in September.
