Nomzamo Mbatha opens up about losing loved ones

It's no doubt been a rough couple of months for actress Nomzamo Mbatha.

Nomzamo's still trying to come to terms with the death of her younger sister, Carla, who committed suicide in December last year.

At the time Nomzamo broke the news to her followers on Instagram by posting a picture of her sister and a heart-wrenching message.

But we all know the death of a loved one is heart-breaking and is something that you never really get over right?

Nomzamo hasn't spoken much about her loss or pain until now. She took to Twitter to share her feelings with followers.

"Sometimes, flashes of reality threaten to rip my heart apart trying to convince me it's not a dream. But it is.. We take so much for granted. Count it joy and a blessing to miss someone who's still alive..Because you can at least do something about it," she tweeted.

Nomzamo added that loosing all of her  five uncles, her  father, her grandmother, her older sister and younger sister has taught her more about 'life' than life itself.

"Experiencing deep loss gives you tenacity&strength. That what the world deems as huge, is lackluster compared to that which you have endured," she said.
