And while some of her Twitter rants are, well, just that: rants, her recent comments on Twitter were applauded by many.
The musician says that too often new kids on the block go and buy expensive cars without thinking it through.
"They get one big gig and run to car dealership - kanti big gigs don't happen every day."
Industry veteran Thembi Seete, who has just landed a role as a drug addict who was once famous and has now lost it all on Rhythm City, also spoke out about this issue recently, saying that she has seen people who had it all and then lose it all - very quickly.
Too true.
