Tragically, her mother, Paula Yates, reportedly died of the same overdose at 41-years-old.

The media are reporting that the news couldn't be confirmed, as a post-mortem had not been concluded and drug paraphernalia was reportedly removed from the scene.

An official statement is expected to be made today.
