P-Square member in trouble over homophobic post

Johannesburg - By now your Facebook is probably filled with those colorful rainbow profile pictures that make you think you're seeing the world through Miley Cyrus' hippie glasses, right?

Well, they're there to celebrate the U.S. Supreme Court striking down gay marriage as unconstitutional, basically allowing same-sex marriage across America.

That may sound like good news to some but P-Square's Paul isn't half impressed.

The Naija musician was asked his thoughts on the big news and decided to take to Facebook to rant on the topic.

"Heard that same sex marriage is legalized in all States of USA. But the man who authorized this is married to a woman abi. Issokay. ?#‎pathetic? Someone just start blabbing in my inbox on why I should judge the same sex marriage tin. Well am not judging anyone, am just not and will never be in support of such bullish*t. Yes we all sin, but bro not dat kind of sin biko. Like wtf will I be doing with my fellow dude in the name of marriage. The kids that they'll adopt no be person born am. What happened in Sodom & Gomorrah? My people when you see something that's wrong, speak out. No one will do you any sh*t. It's your freedom of speech. God have mercy on this world. Getting crazier everyday."

The post was picked up on social media where it spread like wild fire and caused a massive debate about whether Africa is ready for such laws to be past.

It seems like Paul is taking all of it a bit 'personally."
