Patrice Motsepe to donate R1 Million to Senzo's family

Rumour has it that multi-millionaire Patrice Motsepe will make a pledge to Senzo Meyiwa's family.

Sources close to the situation tipped off the New Age newspaper about the businessman's plan. Apparently Patrice was so touched by the senseless killing of the Bafana Bafana captain and Orlando Pirates goalkeeper last week, that he wants to help Senzo's family financially.

It's believed that Patrice will donate R1 million through the Motsepe Foundation. "I am not aware of any pledge to the Meyiwa family. I don’t know anything about it at all," Sundowns communications and marketing manager, Joe Latakgomo told the paper. 

However, Patrice is expected to hold a press conference where all will be revealed.
