Pearl Thusi: I'm definitely not engaged!

Johannesburg- Pearl Thusi has confirmed to The Juice that she definitely isn't engaged.

For weeks now, the TV and radio personality has been dogged by swirling rumours that have been doing the rounds.

It all started after Pearl shared a snap of herself wearing what seemed to be an engagement ring. (Read that story here

The picture went viral within hours of Pearl sharing it on social media, with fans flooding Pearl with congratulatory messages.

This was followed by a string of reports that claimed the man who had stolen Pearl's heart is none other that sports personality, Robert Marawa.

For months now it has been rumoured that Pearl has been linked to Robert. But Pearl has fiercely denied these rumours on numerous occasions.

Pearl told The Juice that she definitely isn't engaged, and that Robert isn't the guy who is responsible for her smiling heart.

Pearl explained that she was just messing around when she posted the snap of the engagement ring.

"I'm definitely not engaged. I don't really want to get into the story behind me posting the picture of that ring, when I feel like I want to share that story, then I will," she added.

Adding, "Even if I do get engaged, I won't confirm it through the media because then people will always feel like I owe them an explanation for everything."

Last Saturday during her breakfast show on Metro FM with Phat Joe, Pearl also said she was "sick and tired" of denying the Robert Marawa rumours.
