If you've been hiding under a rock it's all part of the Ice Bucket Challenge... #alsicebucketchallenge. The world-wide trend, which went viral earlier this week has seen high-profile personalities across the world sign up for it to raise awareness of Motor Neuron Disease or Low Gerig's disease.
All you have to do is take a video of you getting dunked and challenge one or two of your friends to participate.
Come on...we know it's cold but it's for a good cause!
