Tim Westwood did NOT delete Cassper's freestyle

Johannesburg - Social media went into a meltdown on Thursday when a Cassper Nyovest freestyle performed on the famous Tim Westwood crib sessions was deleted from Youtube.

The freestyle was released by Tim on Wednesday and the link was quickly distributed across social media. But excited fans soon learnt that the link did not work, and Twitter detectives thought that their investigations proved that Tim deleted his session video with Cassper.

Upon the so-called discovery, Cassper fans were naturally upset, and many speculated that it may have been due to Cassper not being up to scratch on the freestyle.

But Cassper's team has denied this, telling The Juice that Tim never took down the video, instead it's all part of the rapper's masterplan.

"The video was never deleted, we actually requested for it to be put on hold," the rapper's team told us.

So, Twitter sleuths, no drama here!
