Johannesburg - Just when we thought there couldn't possibly be another footballer on earth left to have baby mama drama, reports claim Benni McCarthy has become the latest footballer to be given the baby mama blues
According to Move, Benni McCarthy is having baby mama troubles after an ex claims her baby is his.
Apparently Benni started seeing 19-year-old Pearl Ndlovu when he was still a Pirates player, back in 2011. Pearl's family claim the couple had a child and Benni ran away.
"Im so angry with Pearl and Benni," Pearl's sister, Sindi, says. "Benni used to fly her around the country. He dumped her and now she's a drug addict."
Pearl's family say they knew about Pearl and Benni's affair and all they want now is for Benni to man up and pick up his responsibilities.
"He is free to do a paternity test. He must do the honourable thing and be a father to his child," another sister, Nomfundo, says.
Benni's agent and friend Percy Adams has rubbished the claims, calling them "silly" and asking why Pearl had not mentioned the child when they spoke last week.
