Reports: Kwaito star T'zozo is broke

Johannesburg - Rumour has it kwaito star T'zozo (of T'zozo and Professor fame) is down and out and can't even afford to ride his car.

Friends and neighbours apparently told Move that the T'zozo hasn't ridden, or even fixed, his Audi A3 since it broke down a few months ago and that they fear the rapper has gone bust.

He used to live in luxury but now T'zozo doesn't even take his car, which apparently now sits on bricks, for a ride around the block. But he tells the magazine that has nothing to do with his financial situation. 

Instead he's been warned by a prophet not to touch the car.

"I'm not broke. Early this year, I consulted a prophet who advised me not to drive my car because he had discovered muthi in it," he says.

"I cannot deny the prophet when he advises me to stop using the vehicle because it has been sprinkled with muthi so that I could be killed in a car accident," he adds.

So next time you want a lift somewhere, maybe don't ask Tzozo?
