Senzo Meyiwa has been shot and killed!

It's a sad night for South Africa as news of Senzo Meyiwa's death sends shock waves around the world.

The Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana soccer star was tragically shot about an hour ago. According to Supersport Senzo was allegedly killed outside Kelly Khumalo's house after an unknown male opened fire in a botched robbery.

The man apparently demanded Senzo's cellphone and money.Kelly Khumalo has been spotted leaving the hospital.

Police are investigating the matter
