The Generations actor strike fiasco has hit everyone hard, but it seems it's hit fans of the show the most - many who pray at night for the show's cast to return. That's according to Generations actress, Sophie Ndaba.
The actress, who plays the role of Queen, has been on Generations for almost as long as the show has existed, but as the strike continues, with neither side budging, she told YOU magazine that her only loyalty is to the fans.
When asked how her fans have reacted to news of her leaving the show, she says that they went crazy. "Our viewers are loyal people. All the time they're, like 'Queen, please don't leave us,'" she says.
It seems wherever she goes, she gets messages of support from fans of the show. "I went for lunch with a friend recently, and the guy who washes the cars and the security at the gate and the ladies in the kitchen all said,'we're praying for you guys,'" the star reveals. She says that the support has changed over the last few months from messages of love to messages of support.
But is she worried about being replaced in people's hearts when she's no longer on their screens? She reveals that there will always be the few who think it's time for a change and new faces but as she says "you don't worry about those people; you worry about the millions " and for those millions she has a message- Queen is not dead!
