Steve Hofmeyr robbery: some not bothered!

While being robbed is no joke, some people seem that Steve Hofmeyr's robbery was karma.

The Afrikaans singer announced on Twitter that he was robbed in his holiday home. He tweeted: "Sopas beroof in ons vakansiehuis. Die stank hang nog in die huis. (We were just robbed in our holiday home. The stench still lingers.)

But instead of sympathy, Steve received a number of negative tweets. Some believe that the singer, who's controversial for hurling racial slurs, got what he deserved. One Twitter user's response was: "don't give those men [robbers] a Bells, give them a motherf****ing Liquor Store." While @LutoLoops' responded by tweeting: "They should have stolen him as well, it would have given us a peaceful and transforming 2015." 

No guys. Wishing some get robbed is just not cool - no matter what they did. #Justsaying
